If your Saleculator is stuck with a blank screen or stuck on the loading screen it might be an issue with the recent configuration changes you made or files gone missing.
First make sure the Saleculator.jar file and lib folder are available in Saleculator folder. If any of the files are missing, copy Saleculator files and restart software.
If the problem still persists, follow the below steps.
Linux #
Login to the command shell by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F1 on the keyboard.
Execute below commands:
mv Saleculator.properties old.properties reboot
If Saleculator starts up to the login screen after reboot, the issue was with configuration. You may have to reconfigure printer and other settings you had earlier. You can refer the old settings by executing below command.
nano old.properties
Windows #
Open Windows Explorer and go to c:\users\username. Rename the file Saleculator.properties and start Saleculator again.
If Saleculator starts up to the login screen, the issue was with configuration. You may have to reconfigure printer and other settings you had earlier. You can refer the old settings by opening the renamed Saleculator.properties file in notepad or any other text editing software.
