Step-by-step guide for onboarding a new ZATCA client via the Saleculator Partner Portal: #
Step 1: Access the Saleculator Partner Portal #
Step 2: Log In to Your Partner Account #
- Enter your Partner Account Username and Password.
- Click Login.
Step 3: Navigate to ZATCA Section #
- In the left-side menu, click on ZATCA.
Step 4: Manage Clients #
- Click on Manage Clients.
Step 5: Onboard a New Client #
- Click on Onboard New Client.
Fill in the Required Details: #
- OTP 1 (For CSR)
- Enter the OTP received from ZATCA (sent to the taxpayer’s registered mobile/email).
- OTP 2 (For CSR Submit)
- Enter the second OTP received from ZATCA.
- OTP 3 (Store with Config)
- Enter the third OTP received from ZATCA.
- Client ID (Saleculator Serial Key)
- For single system: Enter the Saleculator Serial Key of the POS system.
- For client-server system: Enter the Server Serial Key.
- VAT Number
- Enter the organization’s VAT Number (15 digits, e.g.,
3XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
).
- Enter the organization’s VAT Number (15 digits, e.g.,
- Organisation Unit Name
- Enter the branch name (if applicable) or the VAT group member name.
- Organisation Name
- Enter the official taxpayer name (as registered in ZATCA).
- Registered Address
- Fill in the organization’s registered address details:
- Building Number
- Street Name
- City Name
- Postal Code
- Region Name (District Name)
- Fill in the organization’s registered address details:
- Business Category
- Enter the business type (e.g.,
TRADING
,RESTAURANT
,RETAIL
).
- Enter the business type (e.g.,
- Supplier Identifier Type
- Select the identifier type (e.g.,
CRN
,MOM
,MLS
,SAG
,oth
).
- CR Number (or Equivalent)
- Enter the Commercial Registration (CR) Number or other selected identifier.
- Submit the Request
- Click the SUBMIT button to complete the onboarding process.
